Missing Reelz channel access

​Missing Reelz network on master bedroom cable box. Also cannot play anything recorded from Reelz channel in master bedroom. Why?​

@user_d0e2f1 thank you so much for your post on your issues with Reelz. That is a great question there could be a lot of things that may be causing the issue you are having on your one box. We are more than happy to help look into this with you. Is there by chance an error code you get when trying to watch one of your recordings or when you change the box over to Reelz?

@XfinityAmandaB​ There’s no error code. It just says channel 1429 is not available but it’s available on 102 non HD.

Reelz is not on my account either its not even on the channel guide. I have the premium 185 package.

This needs to be fixed and I constantly get the run around from xfinity.

@Chainsss Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. As someone who loves to watch On Patrol Live, I can understand the frustration this has caused. If you have the X1 voice remote, you can say Reelz, and it will take you to the station.
