missing music choice channels

Yes, on November 7 I discovered that the Music Choice channels are working as normal on the little box that's used for a TV from before the days of HD.  But the more elaborate box for HD finds the channels--the banner describing the channel appears at the bottom--but on the screen I get "One Moment Please--This channel should be available shortly.  Ref code S0a00."

VERY strange to be getting those channels on the simpler box but not on the more elaborate one.
