Missing channels

I am subscribed to the Entertainment package, but channels within that package are not available to me including TLC, Golf Chanel, Nickelodon.  I have talked to at least 8 different support personnel via text, chat and phone with no luck.  These reps have lied multiple times, saying that TLC isn't part of the Entertainment package, then coming back later to say it is. (Yes I know it is).  Had them tell me they were going to give me a credit of $30 and they'd add the channel for free. Anything to get me to disconnect and not get the issue resolved. I shouldn't be paying for something I don't have access to.
