Missing channels

I've talked to 4 different people from far away lands, on four different occasions about missing channels and none of them could resolve my issue.  Each one assured me they would solve my issues immediately but I'm still missing the channels and I haven't heard from anybody since.

Suddenly, I'm missing two channels that I'm aware of, Game show and TV Land.  No I did not change anything that I'm aware of.  Xfinity even told me that they should be included in my package.  One day they were there and the next they were gone. I've done all the reboot and reset to no avail.

Please fix or at least let me know why.  Currently, for those channels, I get an error that states "you don't have access to this channel go to X1 guide".  Again, I used to have access.
