Missing channels

I switched to the xumo stream box 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine until yesterday now all my channels are gone.  I can’t login to Max, Paramount+, or Peacock.  My account says my order is still processing so I can’t do anything on the app.

I understand that your stream boxes are no longer allowing you to view all of the programming you were expecting to. I'd be happy to take a look at that order and see what's happening and how we can help resolve this. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
