I’m missing channels from my lineups and I can’t refresh my cable boxes it’s giving me an error code

What is the error code? If you can't refresh and get error messages, it's likely you have a low signal or nterference problem.
It is the Xre 03059, and it had been doing that since this morning at 5
And it’s only with my cable box, the stream app is working fine some channels are showing the issues
