Check that all your cables are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further

No, my question was not answered.  I do not have loose cables, but you must have a wire loose for the action that you must have taken during the time I was distracted by Covid-19 and other issues.  When things settled down a bit, I thought it would be nice to relax with a good classic movie.

But NO.....!  My premium package used to include TCM.  Now it is no longer available because you have moved it to a sports premium package.  SPORTS ??????? Classic movies on a sports package?????

So my question is this:  If, after about 15-30 days, I do not have TCM returned to my original premium package, is there any reason in the world you can think of why I should not cancel my premium package, if not my entire Xfinity account?

I DO NOT want to suscribe to a sports package just to watch one movie channel ....unless you want to give it to me for free, to make up for your What-Were-You-Thinking blunder!

I am a patient person.....You have 30 days to come up with an answer.

So surprise me and do better!  Live up to your "customer care" label!

TCM was moved last October and it's doubtful it will be moved back.

How could your question be answered if you didn’t ask one?

The actual problemm was signal attenuation on the cable leading to my house.  Cable was replaced (and buried within two days) and the problem is resolved.
