Missing channels on TiVo with cablecard - Magnolia (1493) and a few others
I just moved to a new home about 30 miles a way from my old home. My Tivo Bolt used to tune everything on Fios. Now on Xfinity, I am missing channel 1493 (Magnolia) and a few other channels (I think 1460 is also missing). These channels tune properly on the X1 box. I believe that these missing channels are on IP - so perhaps the cable card cannot tune these due to the format. Can anyone suggest how to proceed with a fix - if that is possible.
