Missed entire game!!!

Your guide showed the Warriors vs Bulls game on channel 725, so I recorded! ESPN instead recorded and I came home miss my entire game!!! You continually raise fees for a terrible provider! Your service just [EDIT: Language]!🤬🤬🤬

Comcast gets their guide data from a 3rd party. That 3rd party gets their info from the networks and local stations. If there is a last-second change, it can sometimes not ripple through in time.
