The rollout of the MeTV channel change has been a disaster. Expected a seamless transition given the weeks of notifications. Now one day it works the next it doesn’t… back and forth. And heaven forbid that you try to get support non-existent.  Going the BBB route seems to be the next step before cancelling service altogether.
