Metv Toons on Xfinity 1736

Hi.

I had a question. I can't seem to find the answer on any of the Xfinity websites, so I'm going to ask it here. I just found out that Metv Toons, a channel I've been looking for with old cartoons is part of Xfinity's channel lineup (1736 in my area). However, big surprise, it's only available on a package. What package is it available in and how much a month does it cost? Please let me know. Thanks.

Could an xfinity person comment please? I want to know what package you have to have to get Metv toons. With all the technology it would be nice if you could just add the channel instead of having to pay extra for a package. We already pay slightly over 200 dollars a month and get [Edited: "Language"] for channels. I wanted Boomerang for years but Xfinity never gave it to us. It's too bad this channel isn't free. Please post and let me know.

Did you end up getting an answer to your question.  I just saw an ad on MeTV about Toons being added by Xfinity, but when I tried to tune it in I got a "channel not available" message.  A page I found comparing TV packages indicates it should be available in the top two TV pages, but those are listed under their new names "TV Plus" and "TV Premium" and I don't know if my plan ("Popular") is identical to the new "Plus" in terms of channel lineup or not.

You would think that Xfinity would do a better job on its website of simply allowing a customer to see exactly what their current package includes.  I couldn't even find a channel lineup without coming to the Support forum to find a thread with a link to one.
