Me-tv Is weather Nation 24/7. Nothing but the run around

Toledo market WTVG-13 started carrying METV last month on channel 296, Adrian Mi, area. Had it for 2 weeks since it went off 293. Now, it SAYS METV, guide has METV shows , BUT it is weather and I am tired of the I dont know, It should be all set, let me refresh your signals. Been a week of this garbage.. NOT my box, modem, signal, Tv. NOthing here. It is either Xfinity or  wtvg 13. I would like to know how you can tell me NO issues reported when I myself have asked my neighbors and they all HAVE the problem!  I watch METV 90 % of the time, I would LIke an answer!
