MeTV and H&I will not load

MeTV and Heroes & Icons channels will not load on my X1 box in North Fulton.  This has happened multiple times in the past.

badgerfan, Hello there! I'm sorry to read that these channels are not loading for us on the X1 cable box. I'm so happy that you reached out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help. When tuning to those channels are you seeing an error message?
