ME TV

What happened to ME TV?  It used to be on Channel 41 and all of a sudden channel 41 disappeared!  I can now get Me TV on channel 371.  What's really strange is that on the TV with my main cable box I get everything that was on Channel 41.  On my smaller cable box I get ME TV programming until 9:00 pm and then it switches to GRIT.  So on channel 371 I get ME TV all the time and on my small box I get part ME TV and part GRIT.  Really weird!  How can I get all ME TV all the time?

I still get Me Tv via the cable box but it has disappeared from the xfinity streaming app. How can I get this back? I have tried resetting and then uninstall/re-install of the app but it is still not there. I was getting this with no issues up to around 2 weeks ago.

I can definitely understand the frustration if you aren't seeing content on the Stream app that you were able to view before. I would love to look into this further for you. Please send us a private message with your name and service address to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon at the top right of the page.

 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"
Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
