Me TV and METV +

Recently the ME TV channel guide did not align with what was playing on TV.   After some analysis,  METV+ channel guide was put on the METV channel in error.   There are no changes sceduled on the ME TV site so the problem was with XFINITY.   I have tried to alert XFINITY but the xfinity chat assistant is unable to recognize the problem and I end up in a continual loop.

Hello user_civipw, I rely on my guide too, so I can see how this would be super annoying to deal with. Especially if it's impacting a favorite channel. Let's get started on the same page and work together on this. Is this the only channel you've noticed that has a guide issue or is METV+ displaying incorrect content as well? Also, to avoid making you repeat anything, have you taken any troubleshooting steps on your end?

Btw,   The only way for me to reply to this is through the email.  I tried to complete my registration to the forum but it won’t let me. I get an email conflict.   And the registration process hangs.   If you can give me an email address,  I can send you a screenshot of the problem.

@user_civipw I'm sorry to hear you're having issues completing the Forum registration process. Have you tried clearing out your cache and cookies? How about using a different device?

 

I will forward your feedback to our engineering team so that they're able to include additional options for this scenario in through the Xfinity Assistant.

It looks like it was fixed this morning.  On the other issue there is no way for this to be alerted through the xfinity assistant.   Try to get the issue logged through the assistant.   You will be unable to do so as this issue had not been identified as a possible response.  If you can please let me know.
