MASN

We moved to a retirement community which pays for Xfinity Performance (I think that’s what it’s called). We wanted to switch to DVR service so an additional account with an X1 box was set up. I tried to pull up MASN on this new setup and received a msg that MASN required a subscription. We’re already paying extra per month for DVR service. Why isn’t MASN included?
