Manual recording option

Where is the manual recording option? I hsve been setting ONLY  the first hour of Morning Joe for years. Now, I hsve to record all 3 hours. I dont want all 3 hours. I just want one hour. Please correct. The options where manual recording was are redundant and can be done in many different places. Manual recording was useful. So instead of just doing something, you should ask customers.
