manage plan
I changed my plan by calling a live agent on May 31, 2026. However, since that day, I can not get manage plan to work when I login xfinity.com. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. I have called support several times, and they say, we are aware of it , and will fix your account. The main reason I want manage plan to work is to modify streaming packages, specifically remove extra addon like ad free for additional fees. The message I get when I try manage plan is:
Your order deserves a little more attention.

I have called that number several times, but the person who answers can not fix it.
