Maintenance today (8/19/2019)

After the "maintenance" today I am having scrambled upper stations..  Also, if I go to upper stations to watch a program I cannot get my local stations to come back in. (error code on screen and the troubleshooting does not work) I have called the toll free phone number and even had that robot thing troubleshoot, which is a joke and a waste of time..

What is going on??  This has been going on for sometime and problem is not any better.

With the amount I am paying every month it looks like I would have better service, just saying...
