Loss of NESN and ABC Boston

Hi

l ( like many other customers who wrote in) lost my NESN and ABC sports and they were part of my package

My bill has not changed and id like to talk to someone because this is unfair and we should have a decreae in our monthly bill. I can not log on to my account and i tried calling and the calls won’t go through 

i want this rectified 

i am assuming now that i can’t log on I’m going to be considered late on my bill payment - and this is not my fault 

someone please advise
