Can you tell me a little more about what's happening with your audio? Does it go out completely, or does it just fade in and out?

@XfinityJamesC  Sound goes off  completely on some channels  regular program has  no sound but commercials come in loud and clear.

@cummings1444, Do you experience this issue on the same channels every time or does it seem to be random?

Have you had the chance yet to try rebooting your cable box and check to make sure your cable connections are secure and undamaged?

I think I fixed the problem.  I turned off descriptive audio and now it seems ok  I have audio on all channels again...Don't know how it got turned on lol.
