This message annoys me to the fullest. I’ve been dealing with this BS since last year. I despise Logging into my account for any reason other then paying my bill.

Statement above is a complete lie. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called comcast customer service and had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with incompetent reps as well as their supervisors.

Example: Movies anywhere app.
I’ve purchase many movies from various vendors. I wanted to know how this feature work. After sitting on the phone for more then 3 hours no one could tell me how the feature work. I figured it out on my own. There is no app for Comcast “Movies anywhere”, all purchased Movies are located in your “saved movies” section of the menu. You must head to the movies anywhere website, create an account then link all entertainment accounts (where ever you buy movies from) after a hour or so you will be able to view all movie purchases on your Comcast device. Keep in mind some studios aren’t affiliated with the program.

Above statement is just an example of the incompetence I’ve had to deal with.
Having 20+ yrs in customer service (old school customer service) its frustrating when you speak as clear as possible trying to explain your issues, but the rep comprehension skills are lower then normal. It’s just crazy.

All I wanted to do is view my channel line up. I’ve noticed today that I have to pay a fee for STAZ which is included in my plan, the last time I checked.

I’m completely done with Comcast customer service,
All I wanted to do is view my channel line up and possibly make a few changes. I shouldn’t have to depend on incompetent reps to do so.
