Logging in for Channels.

I work for a property management.  We have a business / bulk account set up with approximately 30+ residents linked to one account   (one login ID and password)

Some of the residents are asking how they can subscriptions channels that comes free with comcast,  such as Paramount and Peacock.  When I've tried to get those channels,  it asks for the login id and password.

My questions is can I use the same login ID and password for all 30+ residents (kind of like sharing your netflix password with your family at another location).

If not, how do we get them access to these channels??

Thank you.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
