We have successfully negotiated thousands of agreements with programmers and reached agreements in almost every instance. However, we have made a number of reasonable offers that Imagicomm Communications has not accepted. As a result, we are prevented from making this content available through Xfinity and Comcast Business, including related TV Go channels and On Demand. We continue to work to keep this programming, but only with fair terms and conditions that make sense for our customers.
