Local Channels out

Why do none of my local channels work? Your "assistant" just keeps sending me round and round with no answer or solution. I tried the refresh function twice, it did not work. Where are my local channels?

To confirm, are you experiencing this problem through your cable box, through the Xfinity Stream app on your mobile device, or both?

Are there any "wrong location/wrong local channels" post that has a solution from Xfinity? It seems all that I find end up going to private message and go stale.
