Why do none of my local channels work? Your "assistant" just keeps sending me round and round with no answer or solution. I tried the refresh function twice, it did not work. Where are my local channels?

I've got the same issue. Only happens during evening hours

To confirm, are you experiencing this problem through your cable box, through the Xfinity Stream app on your mobile device, or both?
