Local channels don't work
Hi Customer Service,
I've had issues with my channels (ABC, FOX, NBS, CBS) and they don't work. No, I don't want to waste more time on the app. Nor do I want to stream from my phone. This is your problem. This has persisted for over a month.
Your website says, "Putting the Customer at the Center of Everything We Do.
We are committed to respecting our customers’ time, simplifying their experience, and making things right if we fall short."
Let me test this motto.
How about I don't pay for any service until this is fixed? That is fair. Take your time to fix it, but don't charge me until it's addressed. Deal?

Hello @user_6rr71q! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.
