Listing for Channel 3281 MediaSet Italian is blank

For several weeks the listing of programs in channel 3281 MediSet Italian  is blank (Non annunciato).  A few times it show up then back to "Non annunciato".

Hello sgtjdc is this consistent for all timeslots on ch. 3281? Is this happening on any other channel? When navigating to this channel, will it show content, or provide an error message?

It is back to normal now. it has the programs lineup. When it malfunction, all program slot have "non annunciato". All other channels including Rai Italia (Ch. 3280) were ok.

I'm glad things are back to normal! When encountering errors such as these, a great troubleshooting step is to perform a system refresh on the main cable box. This usually resolves the most common issues customers run into. I'll leave a link for that article below for you.
