Linking MLB.tv from MLB Extra Innings

Hello,

 

My MLB Extra Innings Renewed for 2020 and I am having issues linking the MLB.tv subscription. I was able to link it last year, but it is not working currently. I go through the steps to link xfinity to my MLB.com account, and then it takes me to a login screen. When I login with my xfinity login, it takes me to a page that says to "Add to Plan" for Extra Innings, which I already have (and works through my cable box). I hit "add to plan" hoping it would sync, but it tells me I have to call. 

 

Any solutions?

Same thing happened to me. After talking with an Xfinity person who couldn't help (she admitted after I was on the line with her for about 30 minutes that she worked in billing not technical services), I called mlb.tv (866-800-1275). I spoke with two women on the first day, who also couldn't help but the second one said this was a known problem on their end and it was "escalated to priority level". I called again the next day, and after speaking with one man and expressing my displeasure, I was transferred to a supervisor. I told him I was unhappy with not getting everything I'd paid for, and somehow he activated my mlb.tv account. So if you pester them enough, they may do the same for you.

So you are now able to watch MLB games via the MLB.TV account? You are so lucky. I called MLB.TV customer service today and had no luck but I was assured the problem was with the Xfinity link that has been provided to us.

Enjoy watching the games on MLB.TV while the rest of us are at the mercy of Xfinity and technology.

Well, it worked until today. I had to call mlb.tv again this afternoon to get it re-activated. Apparently they are giving me a free subscription for 3 days at a time until the problem is fixed.

1. Go to https://comca.st/3eYlLxF.

2. Select Xfinity as your provider.

3. Sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.

4. Create a new https://comca.st/2Wjzw3j account or sign in with your existing account to link your Xfinity ID and password with https://comca.st/3x7i9zp.
