Last Watched won't clear

When I go to the Last Watched, I click on a channel and hit the D button and Just this channel and then it says, this channel was deleted from your history but when I go back to Last Watched, the channel is still showing on the line up. If I go to All Channels, it clears them out. This is happening on both TV's. I done a box reset, clear cache, unplugged the tv's for 60 secs and nothing is working.

Hello everyone, thank you for all the responses and the effort to fix this issue. I had no luck getting a rep on the phone last night so I kept submitting comments to them which I'm sure are not even being read. I'm going to go to the local office tomorrow and see if I can get any resolution out of it and I'll respond back here when I do.

WOW. Mine is also working NOW !

Did all the recommended fixes LAST Night, with no results.

Did SYSTEM REFRESH, 10 min later, I'm back baby. 

Wasn't a "me" issue, was a "them" issue. 

Apparently is a "known X1 software issue", and the recommended fix is to do a System Refresh, or just waiting 24 hrs, either often clears the phantom channel remover issue for you.

Yes, add me to the list too. I use the last watched channels all the time and it is essential to be able to delete a single channel in order to have the last watched channels the way I want it.

Me too please! I just made a post about it ! Please 🙏 we use this on a Daily more than once a day! And now the second update since updated yesterday morning initially only had five channels on last watched and now updated again this morning goood it would fix itself and it got worse to only 2!
