KQED radio channel 960

Rossmoor in Walnut Creek, CA by contract with Comcast has FM radio 88.5 from San Francisco. This is the only radio Comcast has agreed to send to us. It has been unavailable from 10 days. I have spoken to two service reps plus KQED and we still are not getting that radio over Comcast TV. HELP!
