Kicked out of HBO MAX subscription with xfinity

Had hbo max for years with xfinity. I try to watch today via TV app/phone and am told I need to renew my subscription. I have changed nothing. What gives?

Hello user_zk8mok! Thank you for sharing the trouble you are having with accessing HBO through the TV app and phone. I'm sorry to read that you are having this trouble. It's disappointing when you find a few minutes to relax, and you can't access your shows. I want to make sure you can access all your channels. Are you using the Xfinity Stream app to access your HBO channels, or are you using the HBO MAX app?

I've recently had the same issue.  I am Diamond member, but recently that service, after two years, has been cut with no warning.    No one seems to be able to give me a straight answer as to why this has happend.

Do you have the HBO cable channels included in your TV subscription? If not, then you would not be getting HBO Max for free. 

Likely, this was some type.of glitch that was resolved.
