It is saying I need to update equipment for several apps

It is saying I need to update equipment for several apps, despite the fact that we just got a new box.

Hey there, app updates are very common, especially when you receive a new box. Did you have trouble running those updates?

It isn’t saying the app needs updated, it is saying that the equipment needs updated. When I click continue, it asks if I want to have a new box sent to me/provides instructions on how yo return my box? Which does not make sense, considering I just got a new box within the last two weeks or so.
