Is there a way to remove unwatched channels?

With DTV i could create a list of channels i liked so when flipping it would skip channels i dont watch like QVC or spanish language.

With Xfinity it seem like not only do i have to flip through them but also flip through channels i don't pay for like cinemax or starz etc...

PLease tell me there is a way!!

Set a favorites list

Then set your default guide as favorites
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-default-guide-view

That's great for the guide. What about when channel surfing? No good. Parental lock is no good either, the channel still shows up when surfing.

You can also try change default guide to free to me guide but that will still get channels you don’t necessarily watch
