Is the xumo box free if you have Internet through Comcast
my question is I just read on Google that if you have your Internet through Comcast, then the xumo service is free. Why am I paying over $100 then. And worse yet I’m paying over $100 for a service I can’t stand. I wish I never switched but I can’t afford $300 for a stupid DVR anymore. That’s ridiculous.
when I first got this service, I was on the phone with Comcast every single day for over a month and a half for three hours at a time. Nobody fixes anything all they do is apologize and lie. I wish I had another option, but I don’t

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there, @user_9gdhfe! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. If you have XFINITY Internet, the first XUMO box is certainly free, with additional boxes being $5 per month. You can check a breakdown of your services by viewing your bill, usually on page 3. Or if you're doing paperless bills, you can find directions on checking out your billing here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill You mentioned you were unhappy with service, were you having trouble with the internet or XUMO boxes?
