Is the xg2v2 box still able to pause live tv without a dvr subscription
I used to be able to pause live tv show before I haven’t changed anything on my account called customer service and they said I need to subscribe to a dvr subscription is this true and is anyone else having issues

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_ldim4o, about your concerns with pausing live TV without a DVR subscription.
Customers using an XG2 or any Xi TV Box with the pre-inserted 4 GB SD card can pause, rewind and fast-forward live TV even without DVR service. AnyRoom/companion non‑DVR boxes can buffer and control live TV only if their box supports buffering (XG2/Xi boxes with SD card). The SD card must remain inserted.
