ION Channel picture is pixelated and sound not in sync.

@XfinityMorgan This is happening now for me as well. When I watch Law and Order SVU on ION Channel 711, there are some moments the screen freezes/ briefly depixelates. This doesn’t happen with any other channel.

my ION is also doing this....I am now trying to find out if it is EVERY tv in the house or just the one I watch for about 23 hrs a day!
