Comcast currently does not have an agreement to carry ID, and there is no estimated time when/if it will. Sorry.

You need to read the contract agreed to when you initiated service. The email I received and which is available online states:
B. Services and Charges1. You will receive the Services listed in the Offer at the price(s) and subject to theconditions indicated in the Offer and as identified in the Order Confirmation. Other Servicesincluded in the Order Confirmation that are not part of the Offer are subject to the pricesand terms for those Services as indicated in the Order Confirmation. Comcast mayrearrange, delete, add to or otherwise change programming or features or offeringscontained in its Services.
