Investigation Discovery - Preferred

I signed up for the preferred package today which the website states includes Investigation Doscovery. But the cable box is saying I have to subscribe.  Is this an error or a bait-and-switch???  It should include it!


comcast chat and agent call back are both not functioning so I can't get through to anyone there.
