International TV NHK

When in the NHK Channel going to be fixed.  We called and a tech came out checked the lines, gave us a new box and remote and the Japanese NHK still freezes the picture and sound every min for about 10 sec.   after the tech did all this the issue is still here. We walked out side did something on his cellphone and came in and said it’s something wrong with then at xfinity/ Comcast.  That’s been two weeks now.   Fix it as I’m paying an extra $25.00 per month for this one channel for my family..  

anyone else haveing NHK HAVE THIS ISSUES.
