Intermittent freezing

Every few minutes picture freezes and grainy.

I'm sorry to hear you're having picture quality issues while trying to watch your favorite shows and movies. Not to worry, you have reached the right team to help with this matter!
Could you please check if the coaxial line, power cord, and HDMI cord from behind the cable box are tightly connected to the box and to the wall, too? You can also go to Restart My TV Box to reboot if you haven't done so yet. If these steps have already been completed, let me know what additional troubleshooting steps you have already worked on from your end, so we can work towards resolving this issue together.
