Xfinity, we moved from DirecTV to your platform because you offered a great deal. We saved 💰 to switched. However, we made sure that you offered the same channels we were accustomed to.  The INSP channel was one of them. My 83 yr old mother watches it all day long. Then all of a sudden, you snatched it from her. We wouldn't have switched to Xfinity if you hadn't have had it in your line up, money savings wasn't the first reason we switched, INSP was the first reason. Saving money along with INSP was just the icing on the cake. Would we pay 10 dollars more for it, for my 83 yr old mom, sure, but should youake us? NO!

Hello, @user_95cafb we realize a channel lineup change can cause a huge inconvenience. That's why we aim to be transparent and communicate all lineup changes on your Xfinity billing statement. It seems like you have a lot of information about the change, but I will still share all I can with you. 

 

You can confirm using the following link that INSP moved to the More Sports and Entertainment Package in all markets on, September 26th, 2023.
