Hello, @user_988745! As mentioned by our amazing community expert, @Again; the Inspiration channel (INSP) has moved to the More Sports & Entertainment Package. If you’re not subscribed to this package, your DVR will no longer record any new or future programming on INSP, and you can no longer watch the channel. However, you can still watch anything from INSP that you previously recorded.
If you want to keep INSP, you can get the More Sports & Entertainment Package by:
- Saying, "More sports and entertainment," into your Xfinity Voice Remote. - Logging in to xfinity.com and selecting Shop deals and more. - Selecting Chat for TV & Streaming help (from the Services tab in the Xfinity app) and typing, "add a channel" for assistance. - Calling us at 1-800-XFINITY. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
