insp freezes

For the last few weeks INSP has been freezing constantly. I reset the box, changed the HDMI cable, changed the splitter to a similar splitter (same model), removed & retightened all of the cables but nothing works. Forward 1 channel then back  & it usually clears. The signal strength reads "good."  It is very frustrating.  When working the picture quality is fantastic.

Tried the Direct message but nothing happened on that page. As I indicated on the direct message the freezing happened again on 5/25 at 9:30pm PDT. I had to restart the box in order to get service. Couldn't change channels then the screen gave me the "Welcome Bien Veniudo(sp) " banner & never went beyond that. After pulling the power cord the box restarted. This box is less than a month old as my old box stopped working. It's extremely frustrating.
