In what world is TCM a sports channel?

TCM is free and included in every package I have had whether it was Comcast or its competitor.  I was amazed and a bit confused that old movies are considered sports!  I am not as thrilled as I should be considering the price I pay for X1.  Voices and video are often not in sync and too often we must reboot the system.  This is just another reason we might be looking at alternatives when our contract is over.
