In Demand PPV Channels

I noticed that on the Comcast guide that starting this Sunday, August 3rd there is a message on all 3 In Demand PPV channels that they are no longer available and wondering what is going on as I have not seen messages on my statements that the channels would be dropped.  I also checked the page that lists when carriage agreements expire and the In Demand channels were not listed.

After making this post I found out that the company In Demand is shutting down at the end of the year and according to the articles PPV's will revert back to the company's owners including Comcast. So Comcast is deleting the In Demand channels at the beginning of August.

So the question is how will PPV's be made available by Comcast to its customers in the future.

No. I am talking about the In Demand Pay for View channels and that showed for a price professional wrestling and concerts and shows. This not On Demand.

In the Seattle area the In Demand Pay for View channels were 454 and 1201

On Friday on both channels, it said this channel is no longer available. Today Saturday the message has been changed, and it now says, "next event coming soon" and that is interesting as I am wondering what that means as it sounds like both channels will still be used in the future for Pay for View programming.

seattle4sports I'm not finding information about them going away. May have been temporarily down for updates to any changes like the ones you mentioned.

You didn't look very far. Next TV / Multichannel News says https://www.nexttv.com/news/in-demand-to-shut-down-at-end-of-2025
