Thank you for your service and for choosing Xfinity, user_03sdyk. If you are a Xfinity Rewards member and have received a special offer for Peacock Premium from the Xfinity Rewards website, visit the Xfinity Rewards website to redeem your offer: 

  1. Log in to your Xfinity Rewards account.
  2. Click on the reward titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.
  3. Choose Get This Reward and follow the steps provided.
  4. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.
    • It may take a few hours to receive the email.

If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to cancel your existing subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle before activating Peacock. For instructions on canceling your existing subscription, see peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation.

Important notes for Diamond and Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards customers:

  • You must use your primary Xfinity ID and password to log in to Xfinity Rewards and redeem your Peacock Premium offer.
    • If you can’t sign in to your online account and need to reset your Xfinity password, follow these instructions.
  • Once you redeem your offer through Xfinity Rewards, go to the Peacock app and sign in using your Peacock login credentials.

Any Peacock login issues should be directed to Peacock Customer Support.

i accepted it l year ago and it says doneon the reward, So an agent had me sign up for regular Peacock and credited the 10.99 until we can figure out how to get the reward synced with my account. kind of a mess but I have my peacock back in a roundabout way. 

waiting for a tech 2 support staff  to call me- 2 tickets have been opened and closed with the same information you gave me. None listed how to get it if you show it redeemed and not able to  get it. It is n my bill as 0.00 and part of my plan except it isn't.Been working on this since sept.
