I want to upgrade to peacock premium plus, but can't seem to find a way to do it.

How on earth can I upgrade to PLUS with no commercials?  I'm willing to pay more. I've wasted hours on the phone, through online chat, through help articles and no help was given.  Xfinity people say I have to upgrade through Peacock and Peacock says I have to make changes through Xfinity.  I'm pulling my hair out!

If you happen to be receiving Peacock Premium through your Xfinity services or Xfinity Rewards at no cost, you can still definitely upgrade that to the Premium Plus tier by covering the difference in price each month 👍

Sorry that didn't do the trick! Was there a certain step where hit a wall or did you get a specific error or message that wouldn't let you proceed?
