I want to send a direct message to a live person

The picture quality is very poor and pixialy on nbsba and  ESPN
You cannot talk to a live person, I have turned My cable box off turned it back on checked my HDMI cables. It only happens on these two channels and I am so frustrated. I’m about ready to cancel.

user_yi80ti. I can definitely understand your frustration, especially after already troubleshooting the cable box and HDMI connections on your end. If the pixelation is only affecting NBA TV and ESPN while other channels appear normal, that may help us narrow down what's causing the issue. We'd hate to lose you as a customer, and I'd like the opportunity to take a closer look. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.

To send a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
