I need to know how to log into paramount plus with Xfinity credentials

I currently am being billed for Paramount+ and am trying to log into the app and need to know what my credentials are to log into the Paramount + app on my smart tv. 

Tried customer service phone number which was not helpful, couldn't get an agent and the chat bot wasn't helpful either. 

Please assist me.

I have spent the last nearly two hours texting with an associate who hasn't been able to help either.  Note my credentials are not working.  It shouldn't be this difficult to get logged in.

BTW for followers and Xfinity, I cancelled my video today. I was told in the store and this should be noted that the Paramount+ app is not connected with my account / video credentials.  so all that time was wasted online / trying to get an agent and the texting that I did with an agent.

I cancelled my video and no longer am a Comcast Video customer. The app for Paramount + is not provided even though I was paying for Showtime in my package. So I decided that I won’t pay for video I am not using or can get access to mobiley.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_qypzar! Paramount notified Comcast and others that they were shutting down the SHOWTIME app on April 30, 2024 and the Showtime Anytime app on December 14, 2023. This decision was made by Showtime in its sole discretion.

 

We apologize for the confusion, a subscription to Showtime is different from a subscription to Paramount+ with Showtime.
