Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums for help with your TV service, @user_ad146d! I'm sorry to see that your TV service wasn't working for you as it should be. I love my Xfinity TV service, with a TV or streaming screen on somewhere in my home almost 24 hours a day. I love using my DVR service and On Demand to watch my favorite programs when it's most convenient for me, and being able to use the Xfinity Stream app on my phone when I'm not at home for entertainment anywhere!

 

Are you still experiencing troubles with your TV service not working? If so, can you please tell me if you're getting any error code or message on the screen? Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps on your own to try to resolve the connection issue?
